Hall Rental - $200.00 per day or $350.00 for two days

All bookings need to be secured with a damage/cleaning deposit of $200 to hold the booked date. This will be returned to you, upon inspection, by e-transfer within 10 days of the end of the event.
Insurance Guidelines
As per our broker – Westland Insurance Services 1-250-828-2838
Hall Rentals, non-alcoholic functions – No event insurance is required.
However, we reserve the right at any time to ask the renter to carry event insurance.
Hall Rental – Non-alcoholic – For Profit or Personal Gain Functions – Event Insurance is required with a minimum 2 million liability coverage.
Hall Rental – All Functions serving alcohol are required, no exceptions, to carry the appropriate liquor permit and event insurance with a minimum of 2 million liability coverage.
DUTY OF CARE:
Once you have a Special Occasion License, if you serve alcohol to someone who becomes impaired as a result, you may be held legally liable for that person’s subsequent behavior.
Use Guidelines:
Clean-up is to be done by noon of the next day
Bathrooms are to be cleaned
Be sure to turn off all lights and heat down. If air conditioning was used, return units to "fan mode".
Wipe down tables and stack them - return tables and chairs to where you found them
Wash all dishes and put them away. Leave soiled cloths/towels on the counter for caretaker
Floors (hall and kitchen) to be swept and mopped, carpets/rugs to be cleaned
Properly dispose of your garbage and recycling to the outside containers
Keys must be returned to caretaker by noon the day following rental.
Do not use staples, nails or strong tape on the walls; the exception is the dark brown border.
Make sure to close and lock all doors
